• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Braintree (a third-party payment processor).
• You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for camp registration.
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellation policies are set forth at checkout and/or in your registration confirmation materials. Or see “What is the refund policy?” on our FAQ page.
• Please review those terms carefully before completing registration.

5. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical, allergy, or emergency information to ensure proper care of the camper.
• We will use this information solely for camper safety and administration.
• Participation in camp activities involves some inherent risks. By registering your child, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

6. Website Use

• You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality.
• All content on our site (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of IncrediCamps and may not be copied or used without permission.
